As of yesterday I lost the ability to Create a new Delivery Item in my Discovery project. I was able to do this just fine until yesterday.
My system administrator has checked that my permissions hasn't changed and they appear to be correct.
Any thoughts on how I can get back the ability to Create a new Delivery item?

Can you share more details on what you (don't) see and where in the product?
Just checked in my local demo instance. When I select an idea in JPD and navigate to the delivery tab, I click on the option Link a Jira work item:
After doing so, a new panel pops up where I can either search for existing Jira issues or click the Create work item button to add a new delivery ticket:

This does help! Prior to yesterday, the Create work item was a button next to the Link button. But now I see that it is nested under the Link a Jira work item.
I have what I need and I really appreciate your help with this!
