Currently, AI incident summary and timeline features are exclusively available for Slack. However, we are actively working on launching this capability for Microsoft Teams in the near future. To stay updated on the status of this feature, you can upvote and follow the feature request for Teams as well as this feature request for Google Chat.
No, at this moment, we only utilize text conversations from Slack for generating summaries and timelines. If you believe that including information from voice and video calls would enhance this feature, please submit a feature request or ask your account representative to create one so that we can assess customer interest (please use the component - AIOps when creating your request).
We have not conducted extensive testing of the AI features for non-English resources yet. However, we plan to initiate this testing in the near future. In the meantime, we encourage you to utilize the features and provide us with feedback. Your insights will be invaluable in helping us improve the system.
We’ve got you covered! For tips on how to make the most of the new AIOps features in JSM, check out this page this page.
