2FA for JSD Portal in Cloud for selected customers?

Mark Wheeler

Hi there

Does anyone have experience or know if it's possible to enforce 2 factor authenication for specific customers (i.e. not all customers) within the Jira Service Desk Portal for a Cloud hosted Jira instance?

If so then pointers to articles or plugins would be gratefully received.

Many thanks

Mark

Hello @Mark Wheeler,

Thank you for reaching out to the Atlassian Community!

When it comes to customer accounts and portal access, it’s not possible to enforce 2FA for them. Their accounts are local, so there are no SSO, password policy, or any other authentication policies.

There is a feature request suggesting this option:

Kind regards,
Angélica
