About the missing work log

Hello,

Our teams log 8 hours of work each day. However, some skip work logs or make incomplete entries. Do you have a plugin or suggestion to alert you to this situation?

There are literally dozens of time tracking apps available in the Atlassian Marketplace. We usually work with Tempo, but it is important that you take a good look at your needs and match those with the available features of most tools (consider if you need an approval system, only want to have good visualisation of time spent, need to create invoices from your time tracking records, need an API to integrate with other billing or HR systems, ...)

thanks for your answer. Yes, I am also searching but I want a simple feature. like sending an email or a warning on the user's profile if less than 8 hours of work is recorded per day.

Based on your requirements, I suggest you take a look at Clockwork Free or PRO.

With Clockwork, you can send emails to these users who track less time than the set-up working hours.

This can be done first by viewing the Timesheet and filtering by outliers, as shown:

The outliers filter provides a list of users who have either been overworked or underworked based on their working hours.

When the list of users is shown, you can click on the message icon to send a customized email to them.

Eğer böyle bir yöntemle ilerlemek isterseniz Assigneeler üzerindeki atanma sürelerinin takibi için OBSS ekibimin geliştirdiği Timepiece -Time in Status for Jira uygulamasını önerebilirim. Ürünümüz Jira Data Center üzerinde kullanılabiliyor.

Timepiece, temel olarak her bir iş kaydının her bir statüde ve her bir Assignee'de ne kadar zaman geçirdiğini görmenizi sağlayan bir raporlama aracı.
