we set up an own outlook e-mail address and linked it with JIRA Service Management.
No all mails are blocked from users which are not JIRA-users or JIRA-customer-users.
Our goal is that all our customers (with and without account or access to portal) can send an E-Mail and a ticket is created out of the e-mail.
@Julian Reichle If you lock your portal down to just specific customers, only those customers will be able to email the service desk. If you leave the service desk open then anyone will be able to submit issues.
