Hello,
I'm trying to configure the portal to make it easier for our users to use.
I know JSM has the "External resources" but there doesn't appear to be a way to say I want this showing at the top of the groups in the portal.
Is it possible to have a way to link to a O365 form when the end user clicks on a request type?
