Hello everyone!
I created a new jira servicedesk, and I started with making all my custom fields ( around 25 of them).
I only have one issue type (as they are all service requests), and standard create, edit, view screens.
Now I started making my request type request forms, this went without issue since I already made all my custom fields, so they show up and I can just tick the boxes I need.
My problem is when I go to issue view, ALL my custom fields are there, and I have to manually remove them all, as I only need the fields that are shown in the request form + some basic ones like assignee, reporter, etc.
I went ahead and manually removed them all, but then my customer asked for additional fields. When I created those fields, they were automatically added to every single request type issue view, so I had to manually remove them from every request type once again.
Is there a way I can avoid this issue? I know Next-Gen JSD handles this better, but I am missing some functionalities on that version.
Kind regards
