Adding new custom field pull data to an existing report on google sheets inclusive of the new fields

I have created a security incident report on Google sheets to populate to record incidents that have been raised on Jira, I have added custom field recently and I want the new field to also populate for the new column on the report but when I raise a new security incident the field goes missing. Please help.
