I'm trying to figure out how to change their current account (jsmith@company.com) to their new name and email (jjones@company.com) without losing their historical issue submissions.
For instance, if jjones@company.com had previously submitted 50 issues (completed now) under her old name, how do I relink them to her new name/account?

Hi Jonathan,
Is the user a managed user? If so you can navigate to the admin portal then directory>Managed Accounts. You can then select the user and edit both the name and/or email address for them. If it is not a managed account you will need to go with Dan's suggestion.

Hi Jonathan, I'm looking at User Management, under Atlassian Admin and if I find the Agent, and then click on 'Show Details', I can the click 'Suggest Changes' and request the user accept their email and/or name changes. They should be able to login to their Atlassian account and change their info there.
