Agent vs Customer tickets

Quick question,

Is there a way to find out whether a ticket was created in the agent view vs customer view?

Hi @Jairo Granado ,

Service Desk tickets have a specific field that provide you that information.

It's the channel that could be portal, email or jira depending on the original source
