I have set up a knowledge base in my jira service desk project that shares wiki articles to my users. I have created 4 categories and added many articles to each categories. When my users click on the category from the customer portal (for instance, HR Wiki Articles), it displays all of the articles I have added to that category. The problem is that they are not alphabetized by the topic name. Is there a way to alphabetize by topic (file name)?

Currently, the articles are ordered by "Last updated" and it's not possible to reorder.
