Approval completed not working
I'm trying to change the status of my workflow once I finish approving all the subtasks but it doesn't work for me. Can you help me see what I'm doing wrong? I put my screenshots.
Once the case has been created, it goes from created to review (this automatically generates the approval subtask), once the approval is finished, it must go to the assessment status

Does the under review status have the approval process enabled on it so that an approver can either approve or deny the request? If not that is the reason your automation is not working, since the Approval completed is tied to that process. Based on what you are describing your approvals happens in the subtask and once they are all closed that should trigger the main request to move forward. If that is the case, look at this rule from a JSW project and reconfigure it to work for your project:
