Are there any UK based organisations who have implemented a CMDB using the Assets Module

Hi, 

I'd be keen to understand if there are any UK based organisations, public sector or private who have implemented a CMDB using the JSM Assets module. 

This is something my organisation are looking to do so keen to understand the experiences of others.

Why UK only?

I know many orgs that are using Assets and are very happy using the information related to issues

Good point, I said UK as easier to reach out to to find out about their experiences but open to other organisations too. We are a London Local Authority Digital and Data team looking to roll out CMDB via JSM

In my opinion it all stands or falls with the setup of your CMDM/ITAM.

Same points that you will encounter setting up a document management system like in sharepoint.

Make sue how to setup your cmdb, do you want to put it all in a single scheme, for me this is not a best practice.

I always try to convince companies to use different assets schemes related to the assets it will contain.

You can open your schemes so you can use (reference) information from the other schemes
