Assignee Field on Tasks not Kanban

Hi,

Can someone tell me when you create a task or sub task can the assignee (current default - unassigned) be configured to populate the reporters name? Can this be done for one team only not all teams?

So currently it is as follows Reporter - Joe Bloggs, Assignee - unassigned

Needs to be changed to  Reporter - Joe Bloggs, Assignee - Joe Bloggs

                                       Reporter - Jane Bloggs, Assignee - Jane Bloggs
