I am trying to figure out how to start the process for our Atlassian client to be HIPAA compliant. When I start try to begin, it already says that a BAA has been requested? I haven't received one or initiated this.
Hi Brad, I found this article on Atlassian's site regarding HIPAA.
There's also an Implementation Guide out there as well. I'm guessing it was sent to the System Administrator on record if you didn't get it or if you're not the Sys Admin. I would suggest contacting Support as I couldn't find any other contact information for HIPAA issues.
