Are resources available how Atlassian has implemented it's own support portal?

It is pretty nice but there are feature I've never seen in our customer portal site of Jira Service Management Premium Cloud.
Would be very helpful to see which feature ist used and what is covered by which license.

If you're talking about the cascading style of new fields unfolding when answering a question, I believe you can achieve this with either Forms or the Dynamic Forms feature of Extension for Jira Service Management
I opened a ticket with Atlassian on this as well recently and did not get any sort of answer. Has anyone managed to emulate this functionality?
