Atlassian intelligence not working in widget

Hi, I've have activated Atlassian intelligence responses both in emails and portal and works fine and that's tell me that authorizations, labeling, etc on Confluence side are OK.

Now I'm trying to activate it on the widget, but looks like the widget only works with intents and since I do not want to use intents, atlassian intelligence is not providing any valuable response. I've tried to create a very simple intent and the widget goes exactly were I was expecting: inside my simple intent. No way to make it work with KB articles.

Just for information: all the content has been set to Italian language.

Is anyone experimenting same issue or did anyone found a solution?

I think this is currently under development > JSDCLOUD-13236: Virtual Agent for Jira Service Management as chat widget on external webpage 

You could potentially confirm this by reaching out to Atlassian Support.

As for a workaround, apart from using intents (which you've already tried), I don't know if you'll be able to get this to work.
