Attached filed in JIRA Forms all disapeared and become unreachable

Recently all our JIRA Forms lost their attached file. Do you know how to fix this?

The file is now displayed like this:

This seems like an issue on your Cloud instance, best is to reach out to Atlassian Support in this case.

Let them check the instance backend and logging.
