When the ticket is updated, a notification email is automatically sent and the email contains the follow common message:

Would it be possible to modify the message?
Clicking the link above may not work if an user's default browser does not support JIRA and we would like to add some more instruction to ask to use appropriate browser like Google Chrome.
Additionally, is it possible to change sender name like having "no reply" so that a user can stop replying to the notification.
Thank you for supporting us.
Hello @Takak Ohashi ,
you can adjust the notification message in Project Settings -> Customer notifications -> Edit Template. You can also edit the message for specific notifications.
To turn off email replies, you can turn off email requests in Email requests section. That way the reply won't be added, if there are no appropriate email handlers configured.
Regards,
Adam
Thank you so much for the information. That is of great help. For the second question, I cannot find any editable field for sender name in the template. Is it possible to modify and add some common words in sender name?
Thank you

Great!
For the second question - I don't think that is possible. You could change the sender name as described here, that involves renaming the customer portal though: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/How-do-I-change-the-sender-name-on-email-notifications/qaq-p/1374652
There is a feature request created for that though (as mentioned in the post above) and it seems it might be implemented soon: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-702 . Make sure to vote on it.
Hope that helped you.
