Autofill fields from description

Hello

Here at Sun we are using Jira as our Service Desk, I want to know is there an app or maybe creating a script to autofill empty fields from the information the user writes in the description.

I don't know your particular use case(es), but here are two options that might help:

1. Scriptrunner - allows you to write custom scripts giving you greater control over what happens when.
2. Automation for Jira - included already in your Jira instance, you may choose to use this functionality to update or set certain fields based on certain criteria.
