Whenever an incident is created, I get an email in my inbox with the title:
'JIRA New alert P3 Ticket number Incident Raised'.
I would like to know where I can turn this off and for the future, how I can change the content of the email.

Hi @Valerie Vliegen You can check if there is an automation rule configured to send the email notifications.
2nd, check the customer notification under the project setting to see if any custom notification is configured.
There is no automation rule configured.
And there are customer notifications. But this is an incident email that is being sent not to the customer but to the admins.
