HI there,
I have an automation rule set up to auto resolve Jira tickets if certain criteria is met within the summary and body. There are instances where I would like to tag (@) my team automatically and then auto resolve. I can't seem to find a way within the Automation rules, I can create one in Legacy but the Automation rule resolves the ticket, and Legacy re-opens it.
Any suggestions?

I suspect that you are adding a comment to do the mention. And I suspect you have a Legacy rule that reopens an issue when a comment is added.
Hi Trudy, thank you for getting back to me. This is my rule, the trigger is when a work item is created. In the And Add Comment to work item I would like to @person on my team as an fyi.
