Hi,
I want to create an automation rule in Jira Service Desk to assign a request to an Assignee if the request is of a certain type and if the request is shared with a certain organization. I can't seem to find a way around the second part: specifying the condition for the request to be shared with a certain organization.
I only found the condition for "if user is in organization" -> this rule becomes problematic when I have people who are part of multiple organizations, then each time they create a request, the rule runs, which is not ok for my case.
Do you know how can specify a rule for "if request is shared with organization X"?
Thanks in advance!
Are you using Automation for Jira?
If so, then the below should give you what you need:
If not, you will find it under Project Settings > Project Automation (it's near the bottom of the options.
Hope this helps

Thanks for the suggestion Liam. I totally forgot about JQL queries. I'll try this approach.
