In our Service Desk we have a list of "Services" which is about 40 values. We need to be able to select multiple values.
Currently we are using a custom checkbox field...which is quite tedious since you cant search it and the ticket is 3 pages (long scroll to the bottom) on creation. You can sorta search these using a CTRL + F.
We have tried the muliselect field..but you cant change the size of the box making the field nor can you search it.
Any suggestion or solutions on the best way to tackle this?
