Bug with Date/Time Validator

On Monday 7/8/24 tickets were receiving an error, when transitioning, regarding the Planned Start Date/Time wasn't greater than the current date/time even though it was.

To remediate issue, the validator of "Verifies that field Planned Start Date/Time is greater than now. Including time part" was removed. Today 7/11/24 I placed the validator back and now the tickets transition with no issue. This behavior was noticed about 3 weeks ago and resolved itself. 

Was there an issue with Jira on Monday that caused this issue or is there a bug?
