We have automations set up in the service desk platform but they are counting weekends instead of business hours only. Is there a way to set up the automations to only run on during business hours?
is this the native Automation or via an addon? The native automation does not, AFAIK, have any concept of a calendar. Tell me more about your automation. You might need to go w/ an addon, e.g. Automation for Jira and use Scheduled automations.
I started out with the native automation features but just added the Project Automation app about a month ago. The native automations run 24/7 even though our SLA are set up for our business hours. I was hoping I wouldn't have to transfer all my automations to the app but it looks like I will have to do that.
