Can I embed a Document

Hi Guys,

So I need to create a new Portal form from a Requirements document which is 4 pages long, obviously I dont want to recreate all 4 pages is there a way to embed the Requirements document in the Portal form so that when it is click on it pops up to allow the user to fill it in? Once filled in can this be saved into Jira ie the resulting Service Desk request?

Currently you cannot add a form within the request type that the customer completes. The form is the request type that you build itself. However Proforma, which was acquired by Atlassian, is currently being integrated into JSM and I believe would provide such a solution. This article indicates that it will be coming in Q4 of this year. I can't say whether it will be in standard or whether it will only be part of premium.  cloud roadmap
