Can I identify users without a certain level of access?

For a while, we had a default access set to 'None' for new users, mostly because we were not aware of this menu.

I've changed that today, but of course, we have 175 users who were set up as customers by default (have no idea when) and a group of people that don't have a customer flag on.

we then learnt the hard way that their emails to the helpdesk were just ignored, and we were unaware of their requests.

With the flag fixed, how can I identify the subset that should be edited and have the email log checked for potential requests?

Hi @Michal Klucz

Are you looking for the Email log feature? Project settings > Email requests > View logs (it will be underneath the Email-Adress)

You can filter for Date and Status. I guess they'd be Rejected?
