Can't change Card layout even though I'm board administrator

Hi

Somehow I can't change the card layout even though I'm a board administrator. The buttons is not clickable. What could be the reason for this? According to https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/configuring-a-board-764477974.html it should work. 

We're using the cloud version. What I'd like to do is: showing labels or components in the backlog.

Hi @Roland_Peer , please note the message at the top of your first image "up to three extra fields". You already have three configured so the "Add" is greyed out.
