1. Can't find an existent field from the form/tasks in the Fields section. We have a couple of places in the form called by one name (same field name) and I would like to change it and rename the fields, but when going to field section I don't see it at all.
2. Another case:I can see a field in the Form (that customers fill in, request) and can not see it in the task when it is created. So, when going to Search and looking for the tickets with this field, it is impossible to find it. This Filed exists in the Fields section.
I would appreciate help how can i figure out this issue.
