Can we change the STMP settings on Jira Cloud?

We are currently using service management (Cloud), instead of using Jira native SMTP server we want to instead relay emails through a 3rd party SMTP server like SendGrid.

Is this possible?

Based on my understanding, I don't believe you can change the "The internal SMTP server is not configurable" - See https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/functional-differences-in-jira-cloud-products-1097175792.html
