Can we have multiple Jira service desk portal?

Let's say in our organization, we want to have 2 Jira Service Desk portals.

1. E-Commerce Application portal - This allows anyone from the public to create a service desk ticket if they have an issue with our application. Then we have our customer service officer act as the Agent and after filtering the ticket, they will assign to the Developer if needed the Developer to check the Incident or Bug.
2. IT portal - This is not open for public. It is internally used to allow all staff in the organization to send IT request to IT.

Can this be done in the same Jira account? So there will be 2 sub-domain needed?

You can create as many different portals as you need.

Once you have Service desk, you can create as many projects as you want (each of which is a different portal under the same base url, but all separate and with different access by different people if you need)
