Channel / Partner Contacts With Atlassian

I am desperately trying to find some channel or partner contact within Atlassian. We are a 2.1 billion dollar solution provider and integrator. We are in love with the products and we wish to position them within our solution sets. However it would be difficult to do so if we can not speak to the company... a channel or partner manager of some type. Our customers would question this. We think we have massive amounts of business on the table, but just need to be able to find a partner / channel contact to discuss this business. Any guidance or information would help tremendously.

If I get it right you are trying to become an Atlassian Partner. 

For that you can directly apply on their website, there is a dedicated Partners page for that: https://www.atlassian.com/partners/join
