I would like to configure email requests to raise tickets from the email inbox. Is it possible to connect or use my Microsoft account inbox without providing the password of my Outlook account in Jira Service Management?

Hi Vronik,
I'm having the same issue but none of the provided links work for me. My mailbox is on an Enterprise Office365 organisation so it needs to use OAuth2. The first link is only relevant to Jira DataCentre for on premise installations. The Jira cloud solution just does not work using any of the combinations in the "Other" section.
Trying to login via "Continue with Microsoft" doesn't work because Microsoft only support modern authentication now which means MFA enabled by default.
