Copy Request Type To Label or another field

Doğucan Baskın April 6, 2020

Hello Guys,

We are using JSD Cloud and we have Automation for Jira plugin. I have a project where I have several request types.

My managers want to see the count of requests on the dashboard based on their types. I can see that I have a field called "Request Type" which is correctly filled. But this field is not available in Issue Statistics or Issue Count gadgets.

I decided to copy the Request Type information to another field by using Automation. I copy/pasted the information but this field is not showing the issue statistics area either.

Can anyone help me please? :)

Thanks in advance,

Regards

Using the Filter Count gadget, at the top of the "Counts" pick list you can select "Build custom count". In the "Build custom count" dialog under "Criteria", switch to JQL and enter "Request Type" = "Name of your request type"

Here's an example JQL from one of our JSD projects:

"Request Type" = "Land Collateral (AMS)"
