Create Customers out of Active Directory Group (Azure AD)

Hey there,

I would like to know if there is a way to create customers from an AD group. An AD account with email address should automatically become a customer in a service center.

Is there a way to create a customer from Azure AD?

In the Cloud env, you will also need to have Atlassian Access for you to incorporate your own IDP into your system.

Atlassian Access is a separate paid subscription on top of JSM plan.  NOTE, if those users from your Azure AD are just customers, then you will not need to acquire more agent licenses since customer JSM access is free.  But, you will have to pay for Atlassian Access for each of those users coming from your Azure AD.
