We have a Customer who can't create Service Desk Issues via email.
He used to be a Jira user, but is not anymore. His User Account is deleted, but he has the same emailaddress as when had an Useraccount.
Everybody else can report Service Desk Issues via email
NPlease check Customer Permissions for the project to see if “Anyone can send a request” is selected. If not and if not desired you need to have the user defined before they can create an issue.
The Customer Permission for the project is “Anyone can send a request”
I've tested it with my private emailaddress with success..
But this Customer can't create Issues with his emailadress.
I've tried a lot of settings, but nothing seems to work.
