Creating an eazyBI report show issue without a selection.

Creating an eazyBI report based on a multi-select field. We want a report that can produce a report with issues that DO NOT include two of the selections at all. How do I set this up to exclude items from the multi-select options but don't want to shows issues where those options are included. Thanks!
