Customer Account/Unique Identifier

Katherine Stevens

Currently, when a customer creates a ticket in our Service Desk, they must fill out company name, city, and state.   Is there a way to have a unique identifier based on the user ID so I can match this to my database?  Or, is there a way to have them fill this information out when they create their Atlassian account?  I hate having them fill out this information each time they create a ticket.

Thanks!

Hi Katherine,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Currently, on Jira Service Desk, we can only see and add customers' emails and full name, there is no other additional fields to add more information on their profile.

We have feature requests suggesting the implementation of this ability:

Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the features.

Regards,
Angélica
