Customer Portal: Bookmark and Watcher capabilities for knowledge articles?

Hello All.

I've had multiple clients ask if it is possible to bookmark or add themselves as watchers to knowledge articles searchable via the Customer Portal. These clients previously had direct access to Confluence pages (which my company has moved away from, with the deployment of Jira Service Management and the Customer Portal).

I believe this type of functionality is not available via the Customer Portal - but want to ensure I have performed due diligence before providing that feedback. I have not been able to find any information on these features via documentation or a Community search - so posting this new question.

Hi @Vince Murphy 

Yes .. that correct .. customers cant watch pages on Space which is exposed via the ServiceDesk.

Thanks for the quick response! To confirm - being able to watch a KB (Confluence page) or bookmark is a backend function and this functionality is not currently planned for use by Portal users?
