Customer portal - extension that supports priority field and

Hi Atlassian,

Is there a way of showing both the priority field and filter the status on the customer portal. And last, but not least is there a way of showing the "incident type" problem etc. for the customer?  

Which extension would be recommended to use and could support these requirements.

Hello,

You will need an app for that. You can check the one we created - Advanced Portal Reports - it will allow your customers to see any custom field, sort by different fields, reorder columns, export to CSV, etc.

Yes, it is available under the menus on the top right at the portal
