Hi
Service Desk Portal "Customers" were able to select Approvers when submitting a change request form - Workflow, issue & request type + form, built-in Approvers field were all setup OK.
And then a few days ago, Customers could not select anything in this field - Admins and Service Desk Agents with an Agent license can - all other users / Customers cannot.
Checked everything, including permissions no luck.
Thoughts?
