Is data migration from JSM to other service management tool also possible with the cloud?

Thinking into the future? What formats, if any, might be possible. And what about Data Center?

CSV, and other tools need to provide the migration process

Don't check here for those info!!

And for one thing, once you start with JSM I assure you, you will not think on moving to other tool!!
