I think I know the answer but want to be 100% sure before I make any changes.
I have a cloud instance of Jira and Service Desk. My admin added way more agents to SD than I wanted. Can I just deactivate them from this screen to stop them from being agents and should I want them to be added back in just do the reverse? Or do I need to remove them from the Group "Service Desk Agents"? I want to make sure I don't effect anything else. Thanks for your time!
Yes that will do the trick.
No problem. Note that this method will remove them from all JSD projects. If you only want to remove them from a single project then do that within the project(s).
