Deleted jira-servicedesk-users

Hi -

In a bit of house cleaning, I was trying to replace jira-servicedesk-users with a new group I titled "Service Deak Agents".  

I created the new group, added members, etc.  I added the group as shown:
JIRA_SD_Agents.jpg

I then deleted jira-servicedesk-users. 

My Agents now have no access....  oops!

What did I mess?

Hi Ross,

Did you go back into the project and ensure that under people your agents I have permission for the project using your new group

Thanks!  That indeed resolves the issue.

I now "get" that the new group needed to be added to the Service Desk Agents under the project permissions.
