×We just implemented Jira Service Management (Data Center) for our organization. While we had lots of training and demos, there are still things that our team members don't quite get. I was wondering if anyone has done something like this, and might have some how-to ideas.
I'd like to implement a rotating/random tips & tricks pop-up or banner on the JSM customer portal. Hopefully to answer some of the more common questions, like finding your approvals.
I do have ScriptRunner available, just not sure how to use that to effectively implement something like this on the portal. I have a feeling its going to be more on the lines of updating something on the backend?
This can't be done on the portal.
You might need to look into theming marketplace apps, if these can fulfil your need
