Do I pay for disabled jira user if he has disabled account but not removed?

Hi!

Do I pay for disabled jira user if he is disabled but not removed?

When looking for all the users related to a specific project I also see  users who have disabled accounts. Does it mean that they are still billed accounts?

Hi @Vera Valshonok,

No. A disabled user is no longer licensed and - as a result - also no longer a user you pay for.

Hope this helps!

@Vera Valshonok -

I agreed with what @Walter Buggenhout stated.  One only pay for active (non-disabled) user account - In the case with JSM, it will be the Agent license versus User license in Jira Software Application.

Hope this also helps.

@Joseph Chung Yin so for JSM, we only pay for the agent licenses? not for the users who access the Jira Help Center associated with the JSM board?
