Does the number of people in an organization count towards customer count?

For example if I have 2 customers not part of an organization and then I have 1 organization with 5 people within it, does that mean I have 7 customers in total? Or do I only have 2 customers and 1 organization. Thank you.

correct that would be 7 customers and 1 organization. but why are you concerned about the number of customers? they are not paid users licenses.
