I have a manager who assigns some tickets by looking at his project's All Open or Unassigned queue. He is able to select an Assignee without leaving the queue but if the Component or Location need to be updated, he has to enter the ticket, update the information and then back out. Is there a feature I can turn on that will allow him to edit the Component and Location the same way you change the Assignee that I'm missing?
Hello @Daniel Witcher , you can edit queue and add "components" and "location" to the column, but there is no way to click on those cells and edit the values.
