Email Channel - Adding external email address error

Hi, I am trying to add external email address in Email Channel Configuration but I receive an error message: "[AUTH] Authentication failed" when connecting Jira Service Management to my mail server. Details:

Mail Server: mail.domain.ar

Protocol: POP3S

Port: 995

Hi and welcome @Suscripciones !

 

Looks like the credentials are not right if you are getting Authentication failed. You may want to look into reentering your credentials. 

 

For whatever reason, you still have issues. You can use the Atlassian assign email to start having a email stood up right away.
